Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns, exchanges, or store credit within 14 days of purchase for orders within Canada and the United States. Once we receive your return, please allow 1–7 business days for it to be processed. To begin a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps!

Canada
Each piece in our collection is thoughtfully made in Canada with care, and we want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
We’re happy to offer free exchanges or store credit on returned items. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the total.
To start a return, simply contact us at Info@renniebyrennie.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible. As an independent Canadian brand, we deeply appreciate your support and understanding—it allows us to operate sustainably while delivering quality and care in everything we do.
USA
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Please note, at this time, we are unable to offer free return shipping for our U.S. customers, and we cannot accept returns that incur duty or tax fees upon arrival.
To ensure your return process goes smoothly and avoids any extra charges, please follow these simple steps when sending items back to us:
- Use USPS only for the return shipment
- On the USPS customs form (CP 72), please describe each item as “dress” or “skirt,” marking the value as $1 per item.
- In Box 5, check “Returned Goods”, and in Box 8, ensure the Total Value is marked as $1.
This helps us avoid customs duties, which can be as high as 45% of the sale price. Returns incorrectly marked may be subject to these charges, and unfortunately, we would be unable to accept those items.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and offer the option of an exchange, store credit, or a refund(minus any original shipping fees). Due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, we regret that we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders outside Canada and the United States. As a result, all international sales are final.
